Most excellent experience! Can't say enough positive words about this AAMCO facility. Pleasant surroundings, great Manager. Go see them. Price/quality of work is beyond words. To find any kind of customer service in this age is always a surprise. I had a transmission situation. Being 69 and on my own. I didn't know what to do, a friend recommended them. I called and talked to Max. By the time I was through talking with Max, my situation was resolved. I learned much from Max, which helped me make tough decisions . I felt like I had drifted off to the heavenly customer service dream. It really was a good experience. :-)
Max and everyone at AAMCO were absolutely amazing! I went in for a code issue with the transmission. Left with above excellence in customer service. They all knew what they were doing, knew what they were talking about and kept me informed the whole time. Also/sidenote: For years! I kept hearing a noise by the back tires but kept getting told by others that they didn't hear it or that it was nothing. So I gave up trying to get help or solve the jerking noise. Well, these guys! at AAMCO found it without me saying anything at all! Max called to tell me how bad and potentially damaging the UJOINTS were. Now it's all fixed for a very affordable cost and I feel safer now more then ever before! These guys are here to help, not gouge your pocket book, so I will from now on always take my vehicles to them. Thank you to the Crew and Max at AAMCO transmission 💚

AAMCO is for keeps! Our vehicles are older, “AKA Oldies,” with some service needs. Max, front counter man gave me the impression that our oldies have value and scheduled a shop evaluation. Medford shop saved us value from what a different repair (GM) shop offered as needed repairs. We have two safer vehicles with Max’s sincere listening to our needs and the shop watchful car care services. The 2005 GM car needed the transmission rebuilt, and a 1999 GM needed general services repairs to fix oil leaks, radiator flushed, and serpentine belt replacement and assembly repair. Yes, 5 star great car care service. We have a safer feeling having AAMCO repairing both vehicles who care about people and vehicles for safety. Thanks Max and Car Care Shop in Medford Ken Y.
Max explained what the problem may be with my car's transmission, and after service on my transmission, he was right on! Car was done in the timer frame given. Max also gave me a ride to a car rental facility during the wait time and informed me of an AAMCO discount with the rental agency. Will use AAMCO in the future.
